Geosets list all of the geography (for example, carrier routes) in your market area. This allows you to more precisely target your marketing.

Here are some things to think about when deciding what to include in your geoset:
Carrier routes and ZIP Codes are frequently included in geoset reports. These are especially helpful because many list providers rent or sell their lists based on carrier route codes or ZIP Codes. We can also append 3 digit ZIP Codes and SCFs (Sectional Center Facilities).
ZIP Code and carrier route reports become infinitely more helpful for direct mail campaigns when postal delivery counts are included. These counts help you decide how many mail pieces and addresses you will need to order. We can append total residence count, multi-family residence count, single family residence count, total delivery count, PO box delivery count, and business delivery count.
State, town and county names can be added to your report.
Census tracts, block groups, and census blocks can be added to your report.
Whatever geography units (ZIP Code, carrier route, census tract) you include in your report , there are three options for deciding when the unit is “inside” your boundary area. Every geography unit is polygonal in nature and has a centroid (the geographic center of the shape). Depending upon how you will be using your list, you may want us to include all units with any contact with your boundary area, even those that barely touch it. Or you may want to include only those where the centroid is inside, or those units that are completely inside the boundary area. We are well prepared to accommodate your needs.
When a report is radius based, we can include the distance from the radius center point to each unit center point.
