In real estate, buyers can visit our customers' websites like, Trulia, Redfin—in fact, 70% of the top 10 real estate websites are our customers—and search for properties within specific neighborhoods, school attendance zones, or ZIP Codes.  Plus much of the back-end technology that drives valuation and analytics is based in part on Maponics data, thanks to customers like LPS, RPR, Hanley Wood, and others.

Local search giants such as Google, DEXMedia, CitySearch, YellowBook USA, all rely on Maponics as they strive to best match consumers searching by neighborhood or ZIP Code with relevant businesses and services nearby.

In social media, our map data polygons are used as predefined geofences to help consumers and advertisers connect with friends and/or special offers. Twitter, Foursquare, MyLife, and other industry leaders are all Maponics customers. In fact, approximately 95% of all consumers who use social media interact in some way with Maponics data.
