Census Tract to ZIP Code
Census tracts (or tracks) are created by the US Census to gather and report data for the decennial census. Census tracts do not correspond to ZIP Codes but there are many situations where relating the two allow businesses to make better decisions.
The Maponics Online Store offers Census Tract to ZIP Code data in both a basic and advanced report. The basic report includes one record for each census tract in the U.S. and identifies the ZIP Code containing the geographic center of the census tract. The Maponics Census Tract to ZIP Code Advanced Report includes a census tract to ZIP file which relates every census tract to all overlapping ZIP Codes and a ZIP to census tract file relates every ZIP Code to all overlapping tracts.
